Food Poisoned!

i was down with food poisoning...
my family ate chicken rice previous night for dinner.
all of us had to visit the doctor and laid in bed for the next couple of days.
and me, i was totally confined to my bed and only get up to bathe, eat porridge/bread and go toilet.
i haven't felt so weak like this for a very long time.
makes me have phobia on chicken rice now!
